At Jersey Zone, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within the guidelines outlined in this policy.

Return Period

You may return most new, unused, and undamaged items within 7 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Some items, such as custom-made or personalized products, may have a different return period. The current return period is always specified on the product page and during the checkout process.

Refund Process

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Exceptions

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

• Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition

• If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost.

Refund Timeline

We will process your refund within 3 business days of receiving the returned item(s). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution.
